Brenden Dohs is a Founding Partner of TreeSpring Partners established in 2021. Prior to TreeSpring Partners, Brenden founded Raakel Real Estate Inc. in 2018, a full-service real estate development company that provided development services for its principal, partners, and clients on residential, industrial, and commercial projects in the Greater Los Angeles Area and select locations throughout the United States.
Throughout his career, Brenden developed numerous projects in Greater Los Angeles and San Bernardino County as well as select locations in the United States with Serrano Development Group, a national leader in Real Estate Development. At Serrano Development Group, Brenden lead a team focused on ground-up residential and office development in Greater Los Angeles and San Bernardino County.
Brenden is a licensed Real Estate Broker (License #01979842) in the State of California and holds a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and Community design with a focus in Structural Engineering from the University of San Francisco. Brenden is a licensed Class B Contractor in the state of California (License #106221).
Brenden is an active member of Stoked Mentoring program since 2019, where he provides mentorship to underprivileged kids thru action sport activities such as surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding. In his free time, Brenden can be found outside surfing, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.

Josh has been involved in the family real estate business from its inception. He has been an integral part of growing the industrial and multi- family portfolio since 1996.
He has also been a precious metal trader for 20 years, and is considered an expert in the rare coin arena. He is a member of the Professional Numistic Guild since 2013.
Since founding Tree Spring Partners, he has developed numerous industrial projects in the San Bernandino and Idaho Falls marketplace. In addition, he has a keen eye for acquiring value added multi-family projects for repositioning. With Josh’s leadership, he has grown the portfolio significantly over the years with double digit growth.
Josh has been a board member of the Harmony Project, a charity supporting underprivileged youth thru music and sending them to colleges throughout the US. He supports numerous charities in the Los Angeles area.

Charles has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business since 1992. He started his career at La Mancha development assisting the principals in acquiring sites for “mini malls” in the greater Los Angeles region. He worked as a broker for Centers Business Management (CBM), leasing shopping centers for various owners in Los Angeles. After working at CBM, he worked as an in house leasing agent for Westwood Financial Corporation leasing their shopping centers in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley area. He worked for the high end boutique brokerage company Madison Partners representing both landlords and tenants with their leasing and sales requirements.
He then worked at CJA Corporation with Don Kaplan on the family’s real estate portfolio, procuring NNN lease deals for national tenants throughout the country. In addition, acquiring retail and multi-family deals for the portfolio.
In 2010 he worked with a major property management company, whereby he supervised 23 buildings consisting of 1,400 units including two retail properties totaling approximately 200,000 sq. ft. During his tenure, he was responsible for all daily management activities including yearly budgeting of all properties, repositioning the assets thru capital improvements and maximizing the value for the various owners the company represented.
In 2021, he joined Tree Springs Partners in charge of growing their industrial and multi-family footprint throughout the country.
Charles graduated the University of California at Berkeley in 1992, and in 1996 was a founding member of the Young Men’s Division of the Guardians, the Jewish Home for the Aging.

Donald Kaplan has built and renovated industrial and multifamily real estate for over 50 years across the United States, and formed CJA Corporation which owns and operates millions of square feet of industrial and multifamily assets nationwide.
Don Kaplan graduated in 1968 from the University of Southern California as a real estate and finance major. Shortly thereafter, he joined Home Savings and Loan as an appraiser and obtained a real estate brokerage license. While at Home Savings and Loan, he specialized in the
appraisal of multifamily assets.
In 1971, Mr. Kaplan left Share Holders Capital Corporation and formed a partnership that developed over 1,500 apartment units throughout Greater Southern California.
In 1973, Mr. Kaplan became President of a public corporation, Inter-Continental Equities. The company bought and sold unimproved land, predominantly in the Inland Empire. Mr. Kaplan was responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions and value creation of the company assets.

Mr. Lambating has been an instrumental part of Tree Springs Partners (TSP) from it’s inception. He is responsible for all accounting and management of TSP’s assets; including financial forecasting, budgeting, accounts receivable and payable. In addition, Henry has been working with CJA Corporation for over 20 years. He is an integral member of the TSP family and is an asset to the company.
Henry is fluent in Tagalog, Bisaya and English and supports various charitable endeavors in the Philippines.

Tristian was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of San Francisco in 2019 with Honors is Humanities. Tristian works on various projects from their inception to completion– managing the acquisition process, development progress, and investor relations. He helps oversee day to day operations with intentions to continue expanding the team’s portfolio in alignment with our core beliefs and values.
Prior to joining the team, Tristian was consulted by various tech companies as a high-ticket sales expert to scale the volume of their business. Tristian is regarded as an undeniable closer among the high-ticket sales community.
In his youth, Tristian spent time traveling to different continents and being of service to marginalized communities with a focus on sustainability.
